What We Play…

The B.O.S.B.B. strives to stay true to tradition by playing the original arrangements and transcriptions of classic compositions from each of the distinct decades in big band history…from the early “jungle” styles of 1930s Cotton Club-era Duke Ellington and Cab Calloway…through the wartime classics of Glenn Miller and Bing Crosby…post-war hits from the era of the Crooners…through the Las Vegas show lounge favorites of the Rat Pack…and more current favorites such as Michael Buble and Natalie Cole…a B.O.S.B.B. show is a walk back in time through the highlights of big band history.
